This is a smart antique silver plate and oak biscuit box. Standing on a wooden pedestal base with a silver plated trim. The body has two bands of silver plate with a centrally placed vacant shield. Pull off lid with ball finial. Swing handle. This has been replated. c1900 British made. This retains its original white ceramic liner.

Height excluding swing handle: 16.5cm (6.5")
