This is a vintage silver plated and carved oak biscuit box. Mounted with a silver plated band below and top with a swing handle and lid. The oak body is carved with leaves and flowers. There is a vacant silver plated shield centrally applied. This biscuit box can also be used for ice. It retains its original cream ceramic liner. This is sold on original plate with very little wear. c.1930 British made.
