This is an antique silver plated claret jug. Standing on a circular base rising to a bulbous body. Slender neck. Bead mounted at the base, above body and around the rim. Side looped handle. Hinged lid with a cone finial. This is embossed all over with flowers and scrolls around a vacant cartouche. c.1880 British made. This has been replated.
