An antique silver plated and ruby glass jam or preserve dish. Standing on four claw feet that are curled with a man’s face above. The bowl is pierced all over and has a cast pierced swing handle decorated with scrolls and flowers. The original ruby glass liner sits inside. c.1900 British made with a makers mark for Norton & White of Birmingham stamped underneath. This has been replated.
