Vintage Silver Plated Pen, Make Up Brushes or Bottle Holder

This is a vintage silver plated pen, make up brushes or bottle holder. Simple in design. Looks like a miniature wine bottle stand. Standing on a plain circular base. Conical in shape with a wavy top. This has two rings applied either side as handles. This has been replated. c1930 British made with a makers mark for J & R Griffin of Birmingham stamped underneath.
