This is an antique silver plated tea caddy. Rectangular in shape. Crisply engraved all over with scrolls flowers and leaves. This has a flat flush hinge. The lid is also engraved and on the raised part is an armorial or crest. The inside has two compartments for two different types of tea. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Elkington & Company stamped underneath. This has been replated.
