This is an antique silver plated tea caddy. Rectangular in shape. The base is decorated with horizontal lines. The upper half is also decorated with lines with scrolls on the corners. Gadroon mounted to the top. Fluted ebonised wood finial. c1900 British made with a makers mark stamped underneath. This is sold in original plate with little wear.
