Handsome Antique Silver Plated Kettle on Stand of Louis in Design

This is a handsome antique silver plated kettle on stand. Of Louis in design. Standing on three dolphin feet. The base holds the original burner. The bulbous body is embossed with leaves and flowers around a central crest or armorial. The spout has the base of Bacchus with a bird spout. The hinged lid has an eagle finial. The handle has faces either side. c1880 British made. This is sold in original plate with no sign of wear. The base and top are held together with pins.
