This is an antique silver plated wine bottle holder. The base has a dimple in the middle and has a pierced silver plated gallery. Curved handle. Circular pierced top to go around a neck of a bottle. This is hinged to one side and opens to place a bottle inside. This is sold in original plate with little wear. c1900 British made with a makers mark for Mappin & Webb stamped underneath together with the words Patent Club Bottle Holder. Wine is not included.
