This is an antique silver plated wine bottle holder or sleeve. Gadroon mounted to base and also mounted around the top. Cylindrical body that is pierced and embossed with swags of tulips to roundels. There are two side handle rings with lions heads. c1880 British made. This has been replated. Wine not included.
