This is an antique silver plated wine bottle sleeve or coaster, this is one of a pair. Standing on a flared circular base. The plain body is gadroon mounted to the top. Simple side handles. This has been replated. c.1900 British made with a makers mark for Stevenson & Law of Sheffield stamped underneath.
