Antique Boxed Silver Plated Meat Carving Set

This is an attractive antique silver plated meat carving set. Housed in its original presentation oak box. The set consists of two meat carvers, two meat forks and a sharpening steel. The handles are of real antler and are mounted to the base and with ferrules that are solid silver. The date is hallmarked for Sheffield 1896. c1890 British made with a makers mark for William & Burton of London stamped on each knife. This is sold in original condition with little wear.
